Design for Dwell:

Well it's been a while since I've really had a lot to write on here! I guess I can once again let everyone know that my website has had a slight makeover and is of course looking much better! I'm also in the process of adding some more of my designs and Sketchup developed ideas into the gallery, including this piece, the Breakaway table, which I am intending to enter into the 'Design for Dwell' competition.

Users will have the chance to give designs a rating out of 5, so naturally when I upload my entry the link will be posted on here too!

Exhibition:

More great feedback on my tables at the end of year show that ran from the 16th-21st at Leeds College of Art, so thanks to everyone that came!

I don't have a lot going on currently, I've had a few days off after receiving the final results last week and now it's onto job hunting, exciting stuff! I'll be keeping this blog updated with all sorts in the future, nice pictures of furniture and what not, I don't know yet, so keep checking back :)

'Fusion' feedback & Exhibition Set-up:

It's been just over a week since I submitted my tables, and since then there hasn't been that much going on, just painting plinths and printing posters, setting up for the exhibition that starts on Saturday. 991 Days Later is part of the end of year show at Leeds College of Art, which runs until the 21st. It will be showcasing 8 pieces by graduating BA (Hons) Furniture Making Students, as well as various pieces from FD Level. 


I also had my 'Fusion' tables featured on designboom and have had so much positive feedback and interest, so thanks to everyone for that!
